For those WW types out there, when you're feeling sick and not hungry at all, any suggestions on keeping your points intake up where it should be? I'm supposed to be doing 28pts a day, and I've managed 21, and I'm about to go to bed. I cant face the idea of enough food to bring it up to where it should be. Suggestions?
it wont do me any good today, but if I still feel like hell tomorrow, I could use it.
