Today was my WW meeting and I actually lost a pound! I was very surprised...I have been sick with a sinus infection and a stomach virus...I even missed last week's meeting which I never do. Every other time I've joined WW, after I get sick (which is quite often) I usually gain weight back and then quit. Maybe this is finally a turning point for me! Even though I wasn't journalling like I was supposed to and probably eating a few things that weren't such a good idea I still somehow managed to stay pretty much on program.
MY goals for the week: hit the 10 pound mark by next week journal everyday (I am really good at this when I am in a routine) do my walking tape at least three times
